The Rush it app places a rush state on jobs that run through the app.
The app has a dependency on the Web Services license.
A user will need to be created in the Switch users that has Administrator permissions, so that this user can be used to run the API calls needed.
One scenario of usage could where jobs have been at a checkpoint longer than the time out allocated to the checkpoint & some method of indicating that job has been at a checkpoint for longer than it should have been, by marking it as a Rush job.
