Connect your Enfocus Switch workflows to Good2Go Cloud services. This bundle includes apps for uploading files to Good2Go, monitoring file status, and downloading files from Good2Go. The bundle consists of five apps so you can drive tasks in Good2Go via Switch flows. With the apps, the file never needs to leave the Good2Go Environment until needed for corrections or for print.
The Apps can be used to upload and monitor files that originate in Switch or monitor new files that are submitted directly to Good2Go. The Apps use metadata to identify files, their location in Good2Go, their status, and a profile of what the file is including basic preflight data for PDFs. This allows files to be uploaded and kept in Good2Go for easy distribution until the files are approved and ready for final print but monitored and managed by Switch flows. Monitoring apps can use polling (legacy) or Webhooks for communicating file changes.
Services provided by Good2Go include PDF review and approval with annotation and mark-up tools. File distribution to any email. Correction management, job submission, task management and more.
